Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD, was an American psychologist, mediator, and internationally renowned peacemaker who developed Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a language of compassion that promotes understanding and connection in personal and professional relationships. Born in 1934, Rosenberg dedicated his life to fostering peace through empathetic dialogue, drawing from his experiences in conflict resolution across cultures and conflicts worldwide.
