Sri Daya Mata, born as Rita Louise Hamlin in 1914 in Los Angeles, was a revered spiritual leader and the third president of the Self-Realization Fellowship and Yogoda Satsanga Society of India, organizations founded by her guru, Paramahansa Yogananda.
