Padres Apostólicos

About the Author

Padres Apostólicos, a collective of early Christian writers from the first and second centuries, laid the foundational stones of Christian theology and ecclesial tradition through their epistles, exhortations, and apologies. Revered as the immediate successors to the apostles, figures such as Clement of Rome, Ignatius of Antioch, and Polycarp of Smyrna offered profound insights into faith, martyrdom, and church governance amid the persecutions of the Roman Empire. Their works, preserved in collections like 'Padres Apostólicos Siglo I-II (Spanish Edition)', continue to inspire scholars and believers alike, providing timeless wisdom on living out the Gospel in a hostile world. This Spanish edition makes their ancient voices accessible to modern readers, bridging centuries of spiritual heritage.
