About the Author

Ms. Anne Goldberg is a spirited octogenarian with a sharp wit and a no-nonsense approach to modern life's absurdities. Drawing from her decades of experience navigating the world as a retired schoolteacher and avid reader, she brings humor and insight to her writing on technology's role in everyday frustrations. In her debut book, Take This Phone And Shove It!: A Frustrated Senior's Guide to Smartphones, Goldberg hilariously dissects the perils of touchscreens, app overload, and endless notifications, offering practical advice laced with her signature sarcasm. Her work resonates with anyone who's ever felt overwhelmed by gadgets, proving that age is no barrier to mastering—or mocking—the digital age. Goldberg lives in a quiet suburb, where she prefers her rotary phone to any smartphone.
