Shi Nai'an and Luo Guanzhong, revered as foundational figures in classical Chinese literature, are the attributed authors of two of China's most iconic epic novels. Shi Nai'an, a scholar from the Ming Dynasty, is primarily credited with 'Water Margin' (Shui Hu Zhuan), a vivid portrayal of outlaw heroes rebelling against corruption in the Song Dynasty, capturing the raw spirit of camaraderie and defiance.
