About the Author
Melita Denning, a pioneering figure in modern occultism, was a prolific author and practitioner whose works have profoundly influenced the study and practice of Western esotericism. Born in the early 20th century, she collaborated closely with her husband, Osborne Phillips, to develop the system of Aurum Solis, a traditional magical order emphasizing the Qabalistic and planetary forces. Denning's writings blend rigorous scholarship with practical instruction, making complex metaphysical concepts accessible to dedicated students. Her seminal contributions to the Magical Philosophy series, including explorations of high magick techniques, planetary invocations, and the dualistic Qabalistic cosmos, continue to serve as foundational texts for initiates seeking authentic paths to spiritual enlightenment and mastery over the unseen realms.
