About the Author

Marc Headley is a former high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology who spent nearly three decades within its secretive inner workings before breaking free in 2005. As a whistleblower and author, he draws from his firsthand experiences to expose the organization's controversial practices, offering a rare glimpse into its hierarchical structure and cult-like environment. Headley's writing is informed by his time as a Sea Org member, where he rose to positions of significant responsibility, witnessing events that shaped his critical perspective. Now living in Los Angeles with his family, he continues to advocate for those affected by Scientology through his memoir and public speaking, aiming to educate the public on the realities behind the religion's polished facade.
