About the Author
J. Bennett is a captivating storyteller whose narratives blend sharp wit with the thrill of the unexpected, often exploring the shadowy underbelly of heroism and villainy. With a background in creative writing and a penchant for subverting traditional tropes, Bennett crafts worlds where the line between good and evil blurs into something delightfully ambiguous. Drawing from a lifetime of observing human folly and resilience, Bennett's debut novel, How to Defeat a Hero: A Novel (The Henchman's Survival Guide), launched a series that has garnered praise for its clever plotting and relatable anti-heroes. When not penning tales of moral ambiguity, Bennett enjoys hiking remote trails and debating philosophy over coffee, always seeking the next twist to inspire the page.
