Imam Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti (1445–1505) was a prolific Egyptian polymath, renowned as one of the most influential scholars in Islamic history, whose vast contributions spanned theology, jurisprudence, history, linguistics, and literature. Born in Cairo, he memorized the Quran at an early age and studied under numerous luminaries, eventually authoring over 600 works that reflect his encyclopedic knowledge and devotion to the Prophet Muhammad.
