About the Author

F. F. Bosworth was a pioneering figure in the Pentecostal and healing revival movements of the early 20th century, dedicating his life to proclaiming the gospel of divine healing through faith in Christ. Born in 1877 in Iowa, Bosworth experienced a profound conversion that led him into ministry, where he served as a pastor, evangelist, and musician, often using his talents to accompany healing services with uplifting hymns. His seminal work, Christ the Healer, first published in 1924, became a cornerstone text for believers seeking scriptural evidence and practical guidance on God's provision for physical restoration, influencing generations of Christians worldwide. Bosworth's unwavering commitment to biblical truths on healing and salvation shaped his legacy as a defender of supernatural faith in an age of skepticism, leaving an enduring impact on charismatic theology and practice until his passing in 1948.
