About the Author

Evans Light is a master of atmospheric horror, crafting tales that linger in the shadows of everyday life. With a keen eye for the uncanny, he transforms ordinary settings into realms of quiet dread, where the familiar becomes profoundly unsettling. Drawing from personal experiences in rural America, Light's stories explore the thin veil between reality and nightmare, often delving into themes of isolation, loss, and the supernatural. His debut collection, Doorbells at Dusk, established him as a fresh voice in contemporary weird fiction, earning praise for its subtle chills and evocative prose. Light continues to captivate readers with narratives that resonate long after the final page, blending psychological depth with spine-tingling suspense.
