Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche is a renowned Tibetan Buddhist teacher and the founder of Mangala Shri Bhuti, a center dedicated to the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism in Colorado. Born in 1964 in northern Bhutan, he was recognized as the reincarnation of the renowned 19th-century scholar Jamgön Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye at a young age and received extensive training in all major schools of Tibetan Buddhism under the guidance of his root guru, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
