Christopher Treagus

About the Author

Christopher Treagus is a visionary author whose work delves into the intersections of human ambition, societal upheaval, and the inexorable pull of progress. Drawing from a background in philosophy and urban studies, he crafts narratives that challenge readers to confront the verticality of modern existence—both literal and metaphorical. His debut novel, RESURGENCE: or, The Vertical March, explores a dystopian world where architecture becomes a battleground for survival and identity, blending speculative fiction with poignant social commentary. Treagus's writing is informed by his travels through rapidly urbanizing cities, where he observed the tensions between growth and decay. An advocate for sustainable futures, he continues to write from his home in Vancouver, inspiring a new generation of thinkers and storytellers to question the foundations of our built environments.
